Fruits and vegetables keep the body healthy. Keeps away

understood to a large extent by its color. Colorful fruits will keep us healthy

Yellow or orange color
Yellow or orange colored fruits are wonderful fruits. For

Purple color
Purple fruits,
vegetables mean eggplant, black grapes, cherries, blue berries, gooseberries,
strawberries. Anthocyanin results in this color. All these fruits and
vegetables fight against cancer and keep the vascular system healthy.
White color
White fruits
and vegetables contain cytochemicals. These fruits and vegetables include white
yam, onion, garlic, radish, mushroom, celery. This cytochemical is not only
beneficial for bones but also helps prevent cancer.
