The body will be healthy by eating fruits and vegetables

 

Fruits and vegetables keep the body healthy. Keeps away diseases. A healthy diet also keeps the skin healthy. Food color has a direct relationship with its nutritional value. The quality of a food can be understood to a large extent by its color. Colorful fruits will keep us healthy and beautiful. If you can choose the color of the fruit and eat it, it will be more profitable. Because, each color results in a different quality. Which solves many problems of the body. It enriches our body with various vitamins and minerals. So choose colorful fruits and vegetables knowing the benefits.


Yellow or orange color

Yellow or orange colored fruits are wonderful fruits. For example, yellow and orange fruits like orange, malta, yellow apple, banana, lemon, grapefruit, ripe mango, peach, fruit, jackfruit, pineapple and papaya and vegetables include carrot, sweet pumpkin, corn, yellow capsicum, yellow beet etc. They contain zeaxanthin, flavonoids, lycopene, potassium and vitamin A. These fruits are a source of antioxidants like carotene, vitamin C and flavonoids, vitamin B, folate and pantothenic acid. Papaya moisturizes the skin, makes the skin bright and soft. Green color

Yellow and green vegetables and fruits mean green leafy vegetables, guava, green grapes, green apple, kamaranga, lemon, plum, amla, amlaki, olive, raw mango, watermelon, avocado, broccoli, kiwi, capsicum. And greens include collard greens, spinach, lettuce, mint, broccoli, cabbage, scallions, cucumbers, bell peppers, and beans. Green leafy vegetables and fruits contain the antioxidant lutein. These ingredients include chlorophyll, fiber, lutein, zeaxanthin, calcium, folate, vitamin C and beta carotene. This oxidant is very beneficial for those with weak eyesight.


Red color

Red fruits and vegetables include apples, watermelons, apples, pineapples, pomegranates, tomatoes, red strawberries, cherries, raspberries, red grapes, and green leafy vegetables, tomatoes, red peppers, red onions, and red cabbage. These fruits and vegetables contain the antioxidant lycopene. These antioxidants help fight cancer. Apples are rich in malic acid. Malic acid combines with other acids to help brighten the skin. Orange color

Orange fruits are not only delicious as food, they are very nutritious. Orange colored fruits and vegetables means oranges, melons, carrots, lemons, pineapples, papayas. Orange fruits and vegetables are rich in antioxidants and beta-carotene. Apart from this, vitamin A supplements the deficiency as well as increases immunity.

 

Purple color

Purple fruits, vegetables mean eggplant, black grapes, cherries, blue berries, gooseberries, strawberries. Anthocyanin results in this color. All these fruits and vegetables fight against cancer and keep the vascular system healthy.

 

White color

White fruits and vegetables contain cytochemicals. These fruits and vegetables include white yam, onion, garlic, radish, mushroom, celery. This cytochemical is not only beneficial for bones but also helps prevent cancer.
